Roasting Schedule
We try to carry a small amount of coffee in stock. We guarantee this coffee is under one week old when shipped. We currently roast on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If there is no coffee in stock, orders placed before 12pm on Mondays will roast the same week and will be shipped on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 12pm Mondays will be roasted the next week if there is no coffee in stock. You will receive an e-mail when your order ships.
Delivery period
If products are in stock, all orders placed before 12am are sent the same day.
The products are sent by Matkahuolto Oy, and the delivery time is 1-2 business days.
The customer may choose between two delivery options:
“Home”-delivery: the products are delivered home to the customer, whom Matkahuolto will contact concerning delivery moment. This costs 7,90€.
“Close”-delivery: the products are delivered to a shop nearby the customer for pick-up. This costs 4,90€.
Purchases over 55€ are delivered without delivery costs.

The price is given in Euros (EUR). Value added tax (VAT) is included in the given price. Kaffa Roastery reserves the right to changes in pricing at any time.
Delivery costs are added to the order. Specific delivery costs are added depending on weight and volume, and can bee seen prior to payment.
Methods of payment
Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payments can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Imagine Experience Oy / KaffaRoastery will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (2122839-7) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.
Shipments damaged in transport
Despite careful packaging, shipments may sometimes be damaged in transport. It is therefore advisable to check the condition of the postal package upon collection in the presence of a postal clerk. If the package has been damaged in transport and if the items have also been damaged, notification thereof is to be made immediately at the post office concerned. After making notification of damage please contact our customer service department to agree on a new shipment.
Returning items
Customers are entitled to return unused items within fourteen (14) days of receiving them, not including the day of delivery. The returned product and its packaging shall be in substantially the same condition as when received.
The right to return products does not apply to upcoming events.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the payment is refunded. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
Customers are requested to notify Imagine Experience/ Kaffa Roastery of the return of items by email to info@kaffaroastery.fi BEFORE returning said items. Items can be returned at no cost by filling the product return form of the Finnish postal service.
